How does your service work?
First, please contact us. We will come to your home or office to assess your requirements on-site. We do not use a contract, but we do make a list of your requirements so that we can always meet your expectations.
We will agree on pricing and then start service whenever you want.
We maintain the high quality of our service by depending on your evaluation of our service. If you are happy, we're happy.
What is Susana Cleaning Service going to do in my house?
Our standard service includes vacuuming, mopping, and dusting. Cleaning inside windows is part of our standard service. You can elect to have extra service, such as cleaning inside refrigerators and ovens, for a nominal extra fee.
Do I need to have equipment and cleaning products?
For your convenience we provide all cleaning products and equipment; however, if you prefer a particular product that we don't normally use, you can provide it for us to use.
Do we have to be home when you come to clean?
The majority of the time the customer is not home. For security, only the cleaning professional has access to your house.
What happens if the scheduled cleaning day falls on a holiday?
If this occurs, we will work with you to reschedule the service.
